TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Min order of 10 applies to most items - please ask for smaller quantities.
I ask for a non refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the order when placing your order. Work on your order will not start until payment is received.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or via PAYPAL (which will incur a 4% fee). Please email for details on how/where to pay.
An approximate turn around time, usually 3-4 weeks from final approval, more at peak times, will be confirmed once your deposit has been paid.
When placing an order you must send all your order information to us at least 4 weeks before.
Orders are on a first come first served basis. If you require your items for a certain date then please let us know as soon as possible. If you would like to guarantee you have them for that date then a deposit can be made to secure the date.
Proofs will be via email as a PDF document before printing. Please check proofs carefully and approve via email, any subsequent changes after approval will incur an extra cost and may not be correctable where timescales are tight. We will accept no responsibility for this.
Completed orders are not dispatched until the final/full balance has been received. And will remain the property of Inviting You Bespoke Invitations.
Additional wedding or evening invitations you require must be ordered along with your main order. So please ensure you order the correct quantity. We cannot guarantee we will be able to make extra items at a later date. Extras orders (add-ons) can incur an increase in prices due to most materials being bought to order.
Postage and Packaging will be added to your order and is calculated on the size and weight of products ordered. Table plans incur a separate charge depending on their size. If you are local you can arrange to collect your order. We charge a small fee of £5.00 to do so. This covers packaging.
All orders are sent by first class recorded delivery, And you are required to sign upon receipt. We will contact you once your order is ready for dispatching.
Full payment must be made before we dispatch your order. If you are collecting in person cash on collection is acceptable.
All orders are packaged accordingly. Any damages must be reported within a 24 hour period.
If an order is cancelled, any work in progress must be paid for in full.
As all our items are created by hand, some designs may vary slightly. If any materials have to be substituted we will inform you.
Due to the nature of our handmade products, ordered items may vary slightly in appearance from each other and also from any samples previously ordered. If any materials have to be substituted we will let you know before starting on your order.
Colours shown on our website are indicative only what you see may vary from computer to computer. The colour you see on your screen or print out may not be the exact colour of the materials we use.
Prices are subject to change. Only orders which have already been confirmed and a deposit paid will not be affected.
